With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, I help small and medium-sized companies streamline their IT operations so they can focus on growing their business. I have over 10 years of experience in IT management, and have been the IT Director for over 20 small to medium-sized businesses.
My specialties include project management, business management, business operations, and effective marketing strategies. I am also skilled in providing PC/laptop services, technology business solutions, and security surveillance and networking installation and maintenance. In addition, I have extensive experience in business technology consulting, including negotiation, selling to customer needs, and coaching. I am highly proficient in managing processes, building relationships, and staying up-to-date on market knowledge to best serve my clients' IT support needs.
I have over 24 years of experience in running and managing computer and electronic repair break-fix stores and 10 years of experience in planning, installing, and managing security surveillance systems in commercial environments such as apartment complexes, restaurants, grocery stores, and corporate offices.
