   With over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, I help small and medium-sized companies streamline their IT operations so they can focus on growing their business. I have over 10 years of experience in IT management, and have been the IT Director for over 20 small to medium-sized businesses.


My specialties include project management, business management, business operations, and effective marketing strategies. I am also skilled in providing PC/laptop services, technology business solutions, and security surveillance and networking installation and maintenance. In addition, I have extensive experience in business technology consulting, including negotiation, selling to customer needs, and coaching. I am highly proficient in managing processes, building relationships, and staying up-to-date on market knowledge to best serve my clients' IT support needs.

I have over 24 years of experience in running and managing computer and electronic repair break-fix stores and 10 years of experience in planning, installing, and managing security surveillance systems in commercial environments such as apartment complexes, restaurants, grocery stores, and corporate offices.

My goal is to utilize and enhance my technical capabilities and expertise to work towards making a long-term difference in the semiconductor and tech industry. I seek to apply my knowledge of organic chemistry and materials science in tandem with a global organization leading in research and development to solve complex research aims. In addition, my primary goals are to capitalize on team building methods and learn the intricacies of industrial research and development. In terms of longevity, with the knowledge gained I aspire to advance into executive roles to lead teams and departments of researchers to complete initiatives and innovation.



























William Smith- Site Project Manager 
With over 15 years of experience in running and managing computer and electronic repair break-fix stores, and 6 years of experience in network management, William brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team. He has also spent 10 years planning, installing, and managing security surveillance systems in commercial environments such as apartment complexes, restaurants, grocery stores, and corporate offices.

In addition to his technical expertise, William also has 5 years of experience as a general contractor and 20 years of experience in framing houses. This diverse background allows him to bring a unique perspective to our projects and approach to problem-solving.

As Senior Site Project Manager, William is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client projects, from initial planning and design to implementation and ongoing management. He works closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that their systems are operating at optimal levels.

With his extensive experience and knowledge, William is committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and support. He is dedicated to ensuring that our clients' projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
